That culture exists inside of the Simplified with Jess community. We lift each other up. We support each other on bad days. We share ideas/tips/tricks. We celebrate together. We have an amazing Facebook group where we chat daily, as well as in person events too (coming soon)! 

 

Please understand that as a coach, sometimes I may ask a lot, including for you to trust me and trust the process that it takes to help you reach your goals. With that being said,  I will never ask you to do anything that I don't fully believe that you are capable of doing, and doing well. You can also find comfort in knowing that I will always be doing the work right alongside you.

 My mission is to help simplify the process, and help you uncover your true potential. Getting healthy doesn’t need to mean cutting out all of your favorite foods, and endless amounts of cardio. I understand the frustration and confusion of failed fad diets and quick fixes, and I’m confident in my abilities to help show you how to live your healthiest life, while not missing out on the fun stuff! I want to help you build healthy sustainable habits that you will take with you for the rest of your life, so you never have to

go on another diet again.
