  • How do I gain access to SWJ Workout Videos?
    Simplified with Jess Members gain access to the SWJ Member Access Only site once they have purchased a monthly or quarterly subscription. Once a subscription is purchased, members use their unique login to access the full-length recorded workouts and other helpful content!
  • What's the workout schedule?
  • How long are the workouts?
    M-F are 30 minutes, Saturday abs are 15 minutes
  • What equipment is needed?
    All you need is a set of dumbbells. Ideally eventually you will want a few different weights to use as you build strength.
  • What if I can't complete all workouts?
    Depending on how many days per week you can workout, you can follow this schedule.

I've been using SWJ workouts for about 6 months and love them. I've cancelled my gym membership because I feel like I get a better workout spending 30 minutes with Jess (and Zoey) and I did wandering around the gym. Great mix of moves and variations to keep it interesting day and day out.

Before SWJ workouts, I was doing random workouts on YouTube, I had no true workout split and I was getting bored. Most of the workouts were too long or not challenging enough. Now, even on days that I don't really have the motivation to work out, I know I'll be happy I did. The SWJ workouts are quick and easily fit into my schedule, but make me feel like I got a good workout and challenged myself.

These workouts have been so convenient for me to do at home, I’m not one that likes to workout at the gym so these have been perfect for me. And she always offers some kind of modification to her workouts as well, love that part of it too. So glad Jess has done this for all of us to have anytime!!!!
